1. Shipping Areas

We ship our products to all regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries.

If you would like to ship your order to other countries, please contact us to confirm shipping availability and costs.

2. Shipping Time

Local Orders (Within Saudi Arabia)

Orders are prepared within 3–6 business days from the date of purchase.

If you wish to cancel the order while it is on its way to the customer, you must inform customer service. The shipping cost will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded after confirming that the shipment has returned to the warehouse in good condition. If the shipment arrives damaged, the value of the damaged items will be deducted.

International Orders (Gulf Countries)

Orders are prepared within 5–10 business days.

For international orders, if the shipment is not received for any reason—such as not responding to the courier, not paying customs fees, or any other reason—the payment will not be refunded.

3. Shipment Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number from the shipping company so you can follow your order at any time.

You can use this tracking number on the shipping company's website to check the shipment status.

4. Shipping Delays

We always strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the shipment may be left with neighbors or redelivered later according to the courier company’s policy.
